So, no one likes to talk about the job a septic system does - but in this case with all the rain and with it having been a period of time since we last had our septic system pumped out…the rain proved too much for our system - and things literally came to a complete halt! Tubs holding water, showers not draining, toilets not flushing - I called the folks at Ohio valley septic and grease services - they understood my situation - rearranged their schedule and within anout 2 hours of their opening for business- everything in my house was flowing again! They were quick. Attentive, courteous - and above all - accommodating. I cannot say enough good about them…they educated me on multiple factors that will help my system. And advised me about a riser and some septic additives that will help Keep things flowing smoother. I cannot say thank you enough - and for the record, I have them on speed dial and I have set a reminder in my calendar to call them on a set schedule to pump out my septic tank. I was unsure where the opening for the tank was since the previous owners of our home put 2 inches of dirt and grass over the cover but it was not a problem, Darin located it and dug it up for us!
